It's nice to see you don't waste a drop of the green juice & the pulp!! I like juicing too without the pulp for a raw food juice cleanse (e.g., blood cleansing etc.) & just give my digestive system a break as well.
@kiheitek100 Exactly! :) So many reasons -- with or without pulp; juicing is epic! In the morning seems to be my personal fav time to drink juice; what about you? Thanx for watching :) Peace & Love
@iwasborntobefly In that video we were using an Oster, but it broke down (it was about $50). We have a new one that was $130; it is better than the old one and you get way less pulp!! The new one is a Jack Lalanne. Any juicer works though! Buy what you can afford and use 'the you know what' out of it then upgrade! The cheap ones don't last forever!! Thanks for watching :) Peace & Love
I was wondering....do you think you might do a video to teach us how to make crackers from juicing pulp in a dehydrator..? I would love to see that. I have been feeding the pulp to our hens, which they adore, yet I'm also curious about the taste, texture and method of preparation. Thanks!
@darkgardyner Yes I will try... we haven't been making them lately but they are very easy! Just process the pulp with flax (ground and/or whole), and add some flavour (eg. onions/garlic, OR cinnamon/nutmeg. Then dehydrate until desired crispness :) Peace & Love
Enjoyed your idea of making crackers from ur pulp. But I notice such a tiny yield of juice from all u used. I currently use a Breville (high speed) juice fountain similar to your machine but I get over 30 oz of juice from my typical on hand foods; 2-4 collard green or broccoli leaves, about the same amount of spinach as u used, 1apple,12 grapes, 1peeled orange, 1/2 cucumber, and a small slice of pineapple. My pulp comes out very dry if I don't use pineapple. I thought ur yield was small n ur pu
@melissam0ss Our pulp comes out drier now, with our new juicer, and we don't make crackers all that much anymore. But you can add wet ingredients like apple sauce and some cinnamon and make a sweet cracker, OR add some onion and red pepper, garlic -- and you can use whole flax when your pulp is dry, and use ground & whole flax when your pulp is wet. You add to the pulp ...not dehydrate just the pulp alone. If you only get a small amount of pulp - save it up! :) Peace & Love
good i have a good juice shop now i wanna take knowledge of medicinal juice like fat free ,suger free,if any body have a enough knowledeg of juice then massage me of 09991621922 number........................
@Atulkrishna100 Awesome :) I wish you luck on your journey. Medicinal juice: fresh wild crafted herbs is the way to go. You can also add herbs and other medicinal agents that are powdered or in tincture form. Research botanical herbs. Not sure why you mentioned fat free and sugar free juices because if you use fresh raw produce there will be no unnatural fats or sugars; unless it gets added to the juice after. Peace & Love
@NorthLAPimpin Everyone has different tastes: you're gonna have to find what you like and stick with that! I always suggest, to finicky taste buds, to go with mono fruit juices: JUST orange, JUST apple - Add water to taste. Get the feel/taste of each separate fruit - enjoy it! Then add JUST spinach to your fruit juice, or JUST romaine, parsley, or kale, etc. Get used to that - enjoy it! KEEP IT SIMPLE :) You'll find your favs. Eventually you'll drink the weird ones too! LOL!!! Peace & Love
@areYouSerious41 I prefer less pulp; personally. Recently we got a new juicer and it removes much more of the pulp than the one we had in this video (which we loved the whole time we had it - better than nothing!) My other half enjoys the pulp - everyone is different. Thanks for watching! :) Peace & Love
@MyHealthierMe Yes, I know that everyone has different tastes and some like less or more pulp than others...but my questions is...why do you have to strain juice that ran through a juicer? (my experiences have been zero pulp after using a juicer, and I was using a CRAPPY juicer lol)

@TexasSmiles007 No sorry I don't have a video on the cracker recipe but I know there are lots here on youtube you can use :) We haven't been saving our pulp for months now -- we have a worm bin where we've been putting the pulp. Basic Recipe: juice pulp, flavouring to suit the pulp (onion/garlic/herbs OR cinnamon/nutmeg/dates), salt, flax seeds (and ground flax too) - blend in food processor, spread on dehydrator sheet -- voila! Hope that helps! Peace & Love
@TexasSmiles007 Anything around or under 110 degrees is a good temp and the time will vary based on the environment (humidity)... when it's flippable do so and wait til desired crispness. Enjoy! Peace & Love

@westology Keep it up! :) As Dan the man would say: "Jars o juice to get loose!!! Jars o juice to detoxify baby!! Jars o juice to alkalize baby! Jars o juice to get loose!" heheh Peace & Love
Why do you strain the juice that has already been through the juicer? Im wondering if im doing something wrong. I juice my raw foods and put it in my cup with a lil bit of ice and drink it but I never "re strain it" let me know thanks a bunch!
@5starbabydoll85 You know how with some packaged orange juices they offer either regular or no pulp or extra pulp? Well that's pretty much why I strain it - I prefer no pulp :) My hubby likes lots of pulp sometimes; everyone is different :) Try it and see which way you prefer. Peace & Love
@Lacehairwigs I know eh!? :D Now that you know what you like... this is where the experimenting can begin!!! Try adding just a little handful of parsley - if you still like it, you can do it next time, if not try something else! You'll gather a few recipes for yourself. What you may like in the morning might be not as good in the evening (eg. i like more fruit in the morning and more greens at night). Have fun with it :) Peace & Love

@odd0odium It makes a great glass, but the reason is so that I can put the lid on - keeps the air/oxygen out which helps keep the juice fresh (air oxidizes it and thus the enzymes die off or something like that). You can just as easily put it in a glass - but store it in the fridge in an airtight container when you are not drinking it :) Peace & Love
@MyHealthierMe RAW JUICE CURES CANCER, People are sick today because of Gluten, Dairy, and Sugar! and preservatives! Doctors are SCUM!! They are brainwashed!! Alkalize your body!!! Great Vid!
A good motivation for people starting out with green juice-well done!
One small but important tip: although you put lids on, you left a lot of air in the jars which will be oxidizing your juice until you drink it. Use smaller jars and fill them to the very top rim, to get around this problem.
I have been gearing up to go raw & start juicing for awhile now .. I am very ill with EXTREME high blood pressure & very over weight & just plain sick. But I have decided I am making the plunge and start. I am going to make this my very first green juice I try. @bagwajikwe1 Good movie! :) Straining is optional -- just like with orange juice... some people like pulp, some don't ;) Try it and see what you think. Peace & Love
Would you please make a video on how to make the crackers you were speaking of please. It sounds delicious. I have a dehydrator and would like to know how to make crackers out of my juice pulp. Thanks much! I loved your juice video. I just subscribed. Blessings!!
@Beautifly007 I haven't been making crackers with the juice pulp for sooo long... I'll consider it though. In order to make them it's really easy! Just take your juice pulp and put it into a food processor, add what you want to make the right flavour (examples: salt, garlic, onions, flax seed) and blend. Then you flatten it out and dehydrate until crispy! Hope that helps! Peace & Love
I LOOOOVE YOUR FREEZER!! HAHA!! i just seriously smiled really big to see that...my freezer looks the same way, but it's because i take it to a composting center...but the dehydrating idea is a good one! nice!!
You must be from Canada or someplace because I have no idea how much Spinach is in 150 g. Do you buy it buy the bag and does the bag have ounces on it? Just wondering. Thanks! P.S. Why do you say strain this through a nutmilk bag? Does your juicer have a lot of pulp in the juice?
Ok... my husband RUSHED to make this because we've been desperate for a green juice we could tolerate. And it really wasn't bad at all! We have a go-to juice! :)
@JuicinInCT Sweet! :D Now that you have something you like you can experiment and truly find out what you do/don't like. Add just a little bit of 1 new ingredient and see how you like that flavour. This will allow you to make recipes that include/exclude your fav things. For example, I like kale but I don't like my juice to be predominately kale as it's very bitter -- so I put it in but only in small amounts. Also I love romaine so I always put lots of that. Peace & Love :)
I have not been able to make a green juice that didn't taste like grass. LOL I made one almost exactly like this yesterday and I hated it. Maybe I used too much of something.... I'll try it at your proportions and see if I love it as much as you did. Also, what's the name of that bag you strained the juice with? I couldn't understand. :) Excellent video and congrats on all your weightloss! I've subscribed!
@JuicinInCT Thanks :) Let me know what you think! It's called a nutmilk bag; it takes out the excess pulp. Peace & Love p.s. start with less greens and more fruit then work your way to more greens. also try watering it down -- everyone is different.
I tried a green juice today as part of my juice detox and I gagged on it and then dumped it out! As soon as I work up the courage to I will try this one! :)
@chefshelly02 Try watering it down with the cleanest water you have available to you -- until you get used to it. That's what I do for my little one -- along with more fruit juice for a better taste. Add 6 cherries, 1 peach, and a few strawberries -- on top of the apples and pear -- gives it an amazing flavour! :)
@chefshelly02 try lemons...add some lemons to the mix..lemons are awesome for detox and they give it a good taste..i added a ton of lemon juice to my mix and i cant get enough of the stuff..you can never have too much lemon juice!
juices are so good for you,but i just dont get enough.I have two juicers that were given to me and hardly use them, although i recently started using one of them to make carrot, celery and cucumber juice, sometimes parsley.I will have to try this recipe.it looks divine
Oooh Excellent recipe!! I'm on this nutritional therapy that has me drinking tons of carrot and green juice, and the way i've been making it is soo gross, lol. This is *so* much better!! Thanks.
@guinevere173 It's so easy to make juice that tastes bad LOL!! I plugged my nose and chugged a whole lot of jars of juice before I found a few great combination's haha ;) Thanks for watching. Enjoy your green juice :) Peace & Love
@bellagreengirl :) How long is a personal thing... if you want soft or hard, thick or thin; depends what you put in there too. Play with it and discover what you like! :) Thanks for watching Peace & Love
Just a little tip. When juicing things like the spinach that barely gets juice, try juicing it with either the cucumber, apple or celery so that the juice from those will push the juicer from the spinach. You should find that it seems to get more juice out of the spinach. Was that clear as mud? :-) Anyway, liked your video.
@goyethere4 Awesome tip!! LOL!! Normally I do that, but when the camera is rolling I forget things ;) I usually put the apples through last. Thanks for watching :) Peace & Love
@leigh4health It's not the best juicer available, and also not the most expensive, but it works!! I think we got it at a department store and it's the brand Oster. I would like a BlendTec & also a manual Wheatgrass juicer; but can't afford it. Try something and you'll find what's right for you. Peace!
Thanks for sharing your fav green smoothie recipe. There's only one difference between us. I don't strain, I find it to be very important to keep all of the plant fiber. Keep up the good work.
@earthe1 Everyone is different :) it's best to do what feels right for you. I personally strain as I'm making an effort to lessen the load on my digestive system in the morning, as well as an effort to cleanse my colon; thus I eliminate the fibre. This is my morning regimen and if I juice later in the day I have the option of not straining. Thanks for watching! Peace & Love
@MrsSweetyG It's fresh and simple! I would suggest it for children, newbie juicers, and when you don't want a heavy or strong flavour to your green juice. Mmmmm I love it!! Peace :)
It's nice to see you don't waste a drop of the green juice & the pulp!! I like juicing too without the pulp for a raw food juice cleanse (e.g., blood cleansing etc.) & just give my digestive system a break as well.

Does your juicer have a lot of pulp in the juice?
julietesterman 6 months ago
WOw that is A LOT of juice pulp!!!

I just started juicing recently (in japan!). Was wondering what to do with the pulp, lol. We have no ovens!! Sux -.-
I liked your idea on what to do witht he pulp and also agree that mixing apples makes it taste so much better^-^

Ok... my husband RUSHED to make this because we've been desperate for a green juice we could tolerate.

JuicinInCT 7 months ago
@JuicinInCT Thanks :) Let me know what you think! It's called a nutmilk bag; it takes out the excess pulp. Peace & Love p.s. start with less greens and more fruit then work your way to more greens. also try watering it down -- everyone is different.

I tried a green juice today as part of my juice detox and I gagged on it and then dumped it out! As soon as I work up the courage to I will try this one! :)
chefshelly02 7 months ago
@chefshelly02 Try watering it down with the cleanest water you have available to you -- until you get used to it. That's what I do for my little one -- along with more fruit juice for a better taste. Add 6 cherries, 1 peach, and a few strawberries -- on top of the apples and pear -- gives it an amazing flavour! :)
Thanks for watching! Peace & Love
p.s. Don't wait!!! Try something new today! :D

Great tip for the crackers. I have a dehydrator but have never used it before. How long does it have to stay in there for the crackers?
bellagreengirl 11 months ago
@bellagreengirl :) How long is a personal thing... if you want soft or hard, thick or thin; depends what you put in there too. Play with it and discover what you like! :) Thanks for watching Peace & Love

Just a little tip. When juicing things like the spinach that barely gets juice, try juicing it with either the cucumber, apple or celery so that the juice from those will push the juicer from the spinach. You should find that it seems to get more juice out of the spinach. Was that clear as mud? :-) Anyway, liked your video.
goyethere4 1 year ago
@goyethere4 Awesome tip!! LOL!! Normally I do that, but when the camera is rolling I forget things ;) I usually put the apples through last. Thanks for watching :) Peace & Love

Thanks for sharing. What type of juicer do you have? I still need to get one.
leigh4health 1 year ago
@leigh4health It's not the best juicer available, and also not the most expensive, but it works!! I think we got it at a department store and it's the brand Oster. I would like a BlendTec & also a manual Wheatgrass juicer; but can't afford it. Try something and you'll find what's right for you. Peace!

Thanks for sharing your fav green smoothie recipe. There's only one difference between us. I don't strain, I find it to be very important to keep all of the plant fiber. Keep up the good work.
earthe1 1 year ago
@earthe1 Everyone is different :) it's best to do what feels right for you. I personally strain as I'm making an effort to lessen the load on my digestive system in the morning, as well as an effort to cleanse my colon; thus I eliminate the fibre. This is my morning regimen and if I juice later in the day I have the option of not straining. Thanks for watching! Peace & Love

That looks great!!! I look forward to trying that recipe with my juicer.
MrsSweetyG 1 year ago
@MrsSweetyG It's fresh and simple! I would suggest it for children, newbie juicers, and when you don't want a heavy or strong flavour to your green juice. Mmmmm I love it!! Peace :)
