Everyone seems to be forgetting that when Arlene started series 1 she was just a chereographer and didn't have any connection with Ballroom or Latin dancing... just like Alesha!

Arlene knows what she's talking about. . or dancing, whatever. Alesha's a good dancer yeah, but she's not a choreographer - she doesn't know a thing about the dances; she just followed what she was told to do when she was a contestant.

Although I think they should have replaced her with a proper dancer, I'm glad to see the back of Arlene. She made her reputation by copying US coreographers and whoring out her dancers to clients. Some of her "expert" comments over the years have been absurd and she seems to think that her obnoxiousness will hide her ignorance.
