Secondly, there might be something in the Bible that is against messing with the spirit world, but they certainly wouldn't have referred to it as a ouija board back then. Lastly, there is no such thing as being completely safe when playing with a ouija board, because you never know what you're dealing with. Sure it could say it's your sweet old grandma, but they can lie and manipulate just as easily as the living can.
