Actually, most of the shamanist spells were pretty damn useless unless wielded by Lina. Anyone else that tried just had it batted back or it didn't work at all. (Not counting Ra tilt working on Tebomb the demon chicken). So, yeah most of Zel's spells were useless...because he wasn't Lina

I remember watching this and seeing Xellos eyes open thinking: "Right. Now they're seriously f****d" but seriously an all out brawl would be way more fun.

Also Ghozu Vro is the only spell that throughout the series proved completely useless.

@JustOverNineThousand I think stickman was referring to 'psychological warfare'. How if you make a mazoku think positive thoughts about life and the world it causes them pain and makes them weaker. Amelia has done this to Xellos in the past with enthousiastic and happy "LIFE IS WONDERFUL!" speeches. Admittedly he wasn't dead serious about fighting them. It's questionable how serious he was in this instance either, though.

I realized: This is like, the FIRST time they actually show his ears. Apparently he got a hair cut in between TRY and Revolution, ahaha! But His hair was better longer, I don't know why they didn't keep his awesomely longer hair. :(
