This app is written in java and I've never 'packaged' them for public use, I'm not sure what is required for it to work on the average user's machine... I installed whatever is required to compile and run java files one time, and have never looked into what you'd need to do if you wanted to only run them. I'd be happy to give you the source code if you'd like.
Not shown in this video is the fact that the program keeps track of the enchantments it has seen. I let it run for a long time with the minimum enchantment level set to 51. It collected ~22,000 data points. Here's the number of each offered (ascending)
I've been looking for something like this for a long time. Will it be available for public use?
