What Janet Napolitano said here is terrible. This is the same disease that was pioneered by Israeli prime-minister Ehud Barak. It boils down to labeling surrender to the enemy as 'bravery' and defense as 'politics of fear.' The "logic" is that we are so brave, we don't need security, we don't need to defend ourselves, we can take any risk we want. Because we are brave. And if you say otherwise, you're a coward.
