I just started my pyromancer run using some of your tips and it's going well so far. Hope to see you continue the video series! I have claymore, dragon crest shield, 16 str, 10 dex, and 20+ str and endurance after ringing the first bell.

Wait so to get the drake sword you shoot an arrow at the dragon from under the bridge and you do damage until it's tail comes off. Doesn't the dragon disappear after that?

Hey Johnny, I'm not sure you get it later in the walkthrough but in the North Londo ruins if you explore around you find a place called Valley of the Drakes where there is a dragon sleeping. If you go to it you collect a really good shield (Dragon Crest shield) which has 100% block physical damage, and along with it you get a decent sword. The dragon will wake up and 1 hit you though, but you can recover the souls later. Hope this helped in some way ;)

How did you open the gate behind the rhino? I couldn't find any lever for that

@ZellFalcon21 Pretty sure I show it in the previous video, but you have to run under where the dragon is on the bridge and there is a bonfire there with a lever.

@MrMonsterlock Yeah you can get it by shooting the dragon's tail somewhere between 20-40 times with arrows if you go under the bridge where he is at.

@imJonny7 i have the bow but my stats are too low to do damage with the bow. will it still work?

@cjjtheone maybe get your dex up to 12 then? I'm not sure what you mean by your stats are too low to do damage with it.. I don't think you can use it at all if you don't have enough dex?

you can also be cool and use a Gold pin resin, with claymore and 2 shot it off the tail when he drops from the bridge, then run like a mad man

@JohnnyGX2 Yeah I've used the gold pin resin on my axe that the pyro starts with and got the drake sword that way as well :) Works pretty well.

@Sw33TooF1 Oh i thought I mentioned it either in this video or the previous one but maybe i didn't on this take lol. You shoot off the dragon's tail from to the left after going up the ladder from the bonfire this video started at. Buy the bow and arrows from the merchant in undead burg. I believe i showed where the merchant is in Part 3 :)
