I notice several comments about the lack of intelligibility of the dialogue. Mumbling seems appropriate since the dialogue seems to be series of non sequiturs with symbolic, if any, meaning. Like a koan this is intended to frustrate rational understanding so that a deeper meaning will be sought.
I suppose the lesson here is that if the literal meaning is nonsense then it should be clearly so. Otherwise risk the audience focusing on some obscured element or detail and missing the gestalt.
That's one reason I wish the dialogue had been louder, and my still redub it. Because the dialogue isn't the most relevant part of the story in any way.
I hate dreams like this. Haha :) I like where you guys live, must be in the Midwest? I'm in Iowa, looks an awful lot like my sort of weather :) (Love it)
This is totally awesome, deej. Five stars from your favorite non-biological sister. Also, YOUR HAIR IS ALL GONE! What's that like? Do you still lose things in it? It looks pretty nice, so thumbs up on that front as well.
great stuff as always Adam. Really liked the atmosphere of this. Creepy playground stuff. I liked how the camera seemed to track the white van as well when it was on the roundabout. You definitely have a talent dude. Five stars as usual.
Great video once again. Although I could barely hear a thing, but I assume that was the point? Any way, great title sequence, I also liked the lighting changes. It kind of reminded me of that movie Waking Life. Excellent work again good sir. Cheers.
Dug it. Could totally feel the helplessness on the part of Eva. I can relate to having dreams where no one can hear you, no matter how hard you yell.
Only critique is about the sound. Sound effects were nice, but the speaking was way too soft. Could be dubbed over, but you'd need to pay special attention to not lose the effect of background noise.
I agree about the audio. We also agree the voices are too quiet but we can't really dub them over as of now. And I wanted to post it early on before we turn it in.
wow man you look so different i haven't seen you in awhile!!! weird camera angles....nice job with the sound too! definitely feels very dreamy. Do you have a facebook? keep in touch brotha!!!

Parts of it were supposed to be muted, some of the talking is really quiet and hard to hear without the volume turned up.
Thanks!

I think you've achieved your goal, it feels very dream-y. My favorite part is the ending shot from the carousel.
