In a similar situation or any situation inwhich you are worried that your "right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure" and your rights regarding privacy, step outside, close the door behind you, tell them that they do not have your consent to enter residence, read said documentation, dont just hold the door open and say they can come in, never help anyone invade your privacy

the best part is at 5:00 in part 2 when the cameraman says "I dont think we should have let them in"...now where was all that research and smarts when you told them that they were welcome to come into your house, thats why they showed everything EXCEPT giving them notification. Law enforcement can enter your residence if 1.they have a signed warrent to enter, 2.they have reason to beleive that there is a indictable offense being committed, or 3. they are given verbal consent to enter property.

The laws of trespass are clear. Even although an invitation to enter is extended initally, it is revoked if the licence to enter is withdrawn. Once revoked any furtherance of the entry is considered trespass and if the trespasser fails to leave the property it becomes a continuing trespass and the occupier has the right to use reasoable force to ejectthe trespasser.
