i was watching LIVE tv on my Instinct then decided to upload some pic mail & video while i was navigating through the sprint music store and decided to check the web ..on the EVDO Rev-A speed connected quicker then you can say apple.. and then used my GPS to look up at&ts 3G and it said nowhere in this ginormic area ...ordered a pizza by voice...removed the battery and placed the other one on and listened to live radio and then used my stylus just cause icrap cant,and wow..can the icrap do that?

Apple just announced the 3G iphone WILL NOT be able to download music OTA, more proof ATT customers are being screwed with this over hyped device. 1st ATT announced the increase in data fees, then ATT said SMS will no longer be included with data there will be a separate charge, now this. Sprint and Verizon customers have had the OTA ability for quite some time, Sprint only charges 99cents per song I'm not sure what Verizon charges.

Btw, one would need data to have the ability to download OTA. Sprint also allows you to tether to a computer and share a connection,that's another way to download. As for the OS the iphone uses an OPTIMIZED version of Darwin OS X, optimized meaning a stripped down version, a full OS would take up too much memory, the iphone has poor memory management.

All other networks are switching over to LTE(at&t, verizon,alltel etc) Which is faster anyways and is an easier transition for networks. its also not live tv look it up. sprint tv is just a streaming service from mobitv. its not real live tv. Fixed memory hasn't been mentioned yet, however, the Instinct comes with a removable 2GIG MicroSD card which can be upgraded to 8GIG's for about $50, there is talk that it will be able to handled the 32GIG cards once they become available. Keep in mind that 2GIG's can hold 2000 songs from Sprints music store whereas an 8GIG iphone can only hold up to 1800 songs.
