first when you get to the part that you don't have the black suit

second collect all the spider thingies

third you'll have the black suit

last but not least go to venom and fight him with the black suit on

This is 360, what happens is after you beat the game, you automatically unlock the black suit (no tokens needed) and when you switch to the black suit, you have a new profile with the same missions again, but with the black suit.

Eddie Brock died in the explosion, but a little bit of the symbiote stayed. A construction worker named Carlos something (i dunno his last name) gets it and becomes the new venom. This venom is the really buff one with no webs, like they show in the comics.
