I have the dvd of "Studio 150" and it's fantastic... Close to you was written by the great Burt Bacharach and Hal David, sung by Dionne Warwick, but her version had not such a great success as that of Carpenters some years after (in 1970). Paul Weller is like King Midas... everything he touches turns to gold!
