mexico is going into civil war and is totally dependent of the flow of money from the usa. it is a poor choice to let in. indonesia is not a good bet either. lets just see what brazil, russia , india, china and south africa can do . forget south korea also. they are a developed country and too dependent on the us for trade and its defense.
