Cutting spending and increasing the debt limit still eats away at the "American Dream." We need to cut the debt limit, not increase it. We need to do more than decrease the increase of debt. You don't tell a family that is in debt because they are spending twice what they make to decrease their debt by only spending 50% more than they make. The govt. needs live within its already excessive intake of our dollars through taxes and then start spending less so we can keep more.

Spending increased over last 4 years, funny, I thought Bush was president 4 years ago. How about GOP expenses which added to this mess. Cheney = Deficits dont matter....now they do? Tax cuts not accounted for, 2 wars not accounted for. Good idea, pin it on Obama. Wake up and look in the mirror GOP!
Pelosi said foodstamps were the best way to stimulate the economy. Following that reasoning, and 1-in-7 receiving foodstamps, the economy should be soaring now.

This video suggests that cutting government spending will somehow lead to prosperity, but doesn't actually make the claim. It also calls out the number of people on food stamps, while simultaneously calling for the government spend less.
If the stimulus had "failed" as the video put it, I very much doubt we'd have seen the Dow Jones Industrials and the S&P 500 grow by 20% over the last year.
There is no sensible message in this video. Avoid.
How about we return taxes on the rich to pre reagan levels ?
