I think I would have stained the floors to all match, There are horrible water spots in some sections. Whats the old adage about polishing a turd? Though I guess the floor stains weren't an issue after all. I do REALLY like the vaulted ceiling and the 2nd floor 'overlook'. Great design choice. Grats on the easy sale.

very very nice home flip, i would have preffered seeing a short wall in the lost bedroom not railing considering the wood floors. I liked the deck but you let them way over charge you for the brick work. Anyone can do that go grab your husband. Very nice flip
