I had friends who treated their hot wives like doug treated carrie, and i could never understand it. But leah really portrayed her it well. Men like doug really do exsist, and i have seen wives just pack up and leave and find much better husbands. Carrie really stood by her man. But in the last episode she almost called it quits. She had had enough and was ready to move on.

Arthur cracked me up, he is like a little demon sometimes. The episode where he was tutoring Spence Olchin "something" and there was a weird sexual undertone but not really ore then again ? etc, Cracked me up. Wow...I gotta disagree with LAtv and henny about Arthur. I loved the show a great deal (I still watch the reruns), but Stiller was the antithesis of funny . It was a rare episode when he delivered his lines in witty form. An actor obviously past his prime. He was, in my opinion, a huge miscast in an otherwise artistically comedic sitcom...
