I just started back up here, after a leave of about a year and checking out many other schools I came back, there was no egos, no sense of disrespect. This place is the best and I will try my hardest to stay as long as I can
I have been coming to Ben Brown's school for several years. I have never met a more dedicated, passionate, and selfless person. And that sort of attitude is passed on to staff and students alike. Keep up the great work NBMA!
I agree with Crispie and 0700... North Bay seems to be a balance of everything wonderful about martial arts...Knowledge, fitness, physical/mental development for all ages, respect, and fun. Sensei Brown seems to have an understanding of martial arts and all it has to offer. While you, bncrbart, feel a need to disrespect North Bay you are simply showing that USSD may be wonderful in many ways, but it does not teach respect, a crucial aspect of martial arts. I hope to try North Bay someday!
I agree with crispie24. North Bay Martial Arts seems like a diverse and well rounded school. I'm sure USSD is a quality school as well but before you go criticizing North Bay why don't you go try it. Martial arts is for everyone and that is what it seems like Sensei Ben Brown is trying to get across.
@bncrbartxla You should really not be so childish, I am sure your MA school is great, but this school seems to have great instruction and integrity...it is people like you that give martial arts a bad name!
@bncrbartxla You couldn't be more wrong. He is a great instructor and person, the exact opposite of a punk! I train here and I feel so blessed that I have a place like this to train. I could have not asked for a better Sensei, he is such a great person and a phenomenal instructor. Everyone who trains and works here is very humble and nice. No ego's at all just training and having fun, the perfect place to train Martial Arts.
