I have always hated my tooth colour....but since i started rinsing my mouth with diluted hydrogen peroxide, as a mouth wash....my teeth are now super white....cheap & easy way to get super white teeth

I know a great way to whiten your teeth at home, first, just a get about two teaspoons of Baking Soda and put them in a little bowl. Then, get 3 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide and put them in the bowl. Now mix the ingredients until you get a paste as thick as toothpaste. Brush your teeth with the mixture. After that, brush your teeth like you normally would. It's a technique used by smokers and heavy coffee drinkers. You will not believe how white your teeth will be :-)

Yes tea will stain your teeth, along with coffee and any type of tobacco, even if its smokelss. Also if you have veneers stay away from blueberries, raspberries, and the above that I mentioned as they will also stain the veneers after time.

Well they are your teeth so its really if you want white teeth or not. Drinking tea in moderate amounts will not stain your teeth, its when you drink tea everyday multiple times a day. Stick with the water though, especially if its fluoridated water, not only are you helping your body but your helping your teeth.
