Hi @bouncingsoul100 - And thanks for your question. If your goal is to gain weight and muscle, I'd stick to isotonic movements that require your muscle length to vary throughout the exercises (Unless your movement is really restricted due to injury, illness, physical ability etc...). Focus on your largest muscle groups first, so you activate the most muscle fibre upfront e.g. deadlift or bench press. Of course, there's more to it than just this, but I hope this answers your question. Thanks.

@undergroundperson seafood has loads of cals and proteins. Tuna for example, Also nuts have lots of cals and fats
