  • @sz42781 ahhaha the GOAT!!!!niggas need to stop sleeping on him.

  • One of nas most underrated alumbs, this song along saved his whole album. Ill track true hipop ish

  • Definitrly brings back the good memories of Nas earlier hip hop.

  • U go against you would rather piss on a electric fence

  • @gooniegunclub187 Ren and Stimpy reference right there

  • @sz42781 hot punch linez ya dig

  • most underrated album of alltime.

  • one of his best albums. Idiots slept on it. It had so many lyrical gems.

  • NAS=GOAT

  • @SUBZERO12390 Ghost,Big,Nas and Rae.Jay was good back in the day.

  • ClassiC¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • NAS is the best ALIVE. like he said who da best pac,nas & big. the order sounds rite and his music is too. 1 LOVE

  • Love!!

  • Yo theres nas...thn tha rest

  • 10 people found out that their girl was a ho, and nas aint even let em know, cos he fucked her befo!

  • I DONT HAVE A FAVORITE NAS SONG......THEY ALL SPEAK TO ME PERSONALLY!.......BUT THIS ALBUM WAS AND STILL IS THE BEST EVER CREATED!......BEST MUSICIANS->. NAS,PAC,MJ .....YEAH...MICHAEL JACKSON FOO....

  • No lie this album means a whole lot too me. I really take this album personally. There is so many jewels in this album. You're right it did show growth. One of my top 3 albums that Nas crafted. I was one of those people , who was up on it , when it first was released , so I really felt the vibe and the impact that it had made. Everything he rapped about was prophetical. Nas at his best. He was on another level with this album.

  • @qij123 ipersonally agree to what you mean because of all his records i listen to this album mostly do to this song

  • THIS ALBUM DISPLAYED SO MUCH GROWTH IN SUBJECT MATTER FROM NAS SINCE IT WAS WRITTEN HE TOOK IT TO A HIGHER LEVEL ON THIS ALBUM. PERSONALLY I THINK IT WAS ONE OF HIS BEST.

  • How is this albun weak?

  • MESSAGE 2 ALL A DEEZ SO-CALLED GOONS: U WAS HUNGRY WHEN U STUCK DUKE, HE CAME BACK 2 BUCK U!!!

  • @chechegdy Foir sure....I hear what your saying. Nas is on a different level than other rappers. He's a street poet who paints a picture of the streets. Other so-called "artists" rap about bullshit. Nas has REAL street cred. I think he pioneered all the shit for East Coast.

  • DA 2nd VERSE MIGHT GO DOWN AS DA REALEST VERSE In HIP HOP HISTORY!!!! O IONNO, MAYBE HIS VERSE OFF LAST WORDZ!!! I'M A JUS GO OUT ON DA LIMB AN SAY IT: AS FAR AS STREET SHIT GOEZ DIS IS ONE A NAS' BEST ALBUMS HIP HOP CRITICS CAN SUCk MY DICK!!!!

  • peace

  • This song has a very strong meaning to it ..

  • Real talk!

  • this is a fucking classic right here!

  • People might think I'm crazy for this... but I hear the Influence listening you can tell that Nas influenced Wiz Khalifa in a way... wait....

The Real Question is.... What rapper hasn't Nas Influenced? "NAME A RAPPER THAT I AINT INFLUENCE" (Ether)

  • @YoungPrinceYPTV yeah, i thought about that. On "The Statement" Wiz says "This ain't the life that we chose, but it's the life that we living."

  • @jbarkerhill92 Naw not Just that his whole Flow... listen to the First Verse...

  • Can't help but think that the MF Doom remix was better.

  • what the hell is a main bitch in the year two thousand eleven. money is my bitch. if she easy fuck, make her your hoe.

  • does anyone think that nas is offbeat on this cuz someone told me that but i don't hear it all

  • Nas was so hott that he was his own competition, you measured him up to his last. People slept on this Album, like most Nas albums.. The first 2 were classic and it was hard to top them.. Artist like Jay made albums and progressed but Nas put like 2 years into his first 2 albums.. Then he rushed the rest... Who's the best MC's Biggie, Jay-Z and Nas

  • @blminott A RAPPER BY THA NAME OF K-RINO IS THA BEST MC CHECC HIM OUT I THINK YOU WILL AGREE.THANKS...

  • @psychwardthageneral it sounds like the kick is off not nas

  • @blminott to me i think he rushed nastradomus but with stillmatic, street disciple, hhid and nigger albums they all had there place, themed albums with the lyrics to back up the themes only downfall was beats but some of his meaningful songs just cant have a dope beat

  • @blminott i agree with that apart from even mentioning jayz in the same breath. only tupac, biggie, big pun and black thought are there....

  • trumpets is sooill on this joint

  • thats an ill beat

  • MY N#GGAS... WE ALL WE GOT!

  • This one of Nas' illest hooks and most underrated songs. Sick!

  • @gdiggedy Deep thought.

  • @exzotik81 Daddy's Little Girl.

  • How does this album suck , Listen to the Lyrics of this song , there fucking ridiculous is so real , I relate this shit to my life , and when Im puffin the herb I like to listen to the MF Doom remix its alot more mellow makes this song even better

  • 7 ppl need their eyes gouged, fingers broke, and ears caterized

  • wow classic

  • it was good see man. .NAS you real and i like it keep like that nigga

  • FIRST!

  • @ChimaTheKilla lol i know how you feel, jay is on some other shit, just like kanye, etc etc its obvious those type of artists are being used to promote some kind of agenda, it is what it is, as far as nas he's the truth, i just wish people would listen and pay attention more when it comes to music, too many people skim through music and follow the crowd believing the hype rather then forming their own opinion, i think most nas fans are pretty smart so yes we do relate lol

  • 7 mothafuckers listen to justin bieber

  • WHATITDONMD24 do you listen to music or just skim through it? did you even hear the entire album? project windows, last words, some of us have angels, family, new world, etc etc go listen to the entire album cuz i doubt you did to make the statement that life we chose is the only song on the album

  • @foreverflylove ha ha ha I use that line so much it is rediculous I feel like were related and I sound like a oddball right now. I like that verse by Jay-Z but after I seen On to the next one I really think he is illumanti. On To The Next One crap has too much signs that and it is just a horrible video. About 7 billion signs and I am so serious that Jay-Z on some odd s**t but I mess with Nas

  • Why the Fuck is this the clean Version fuck youtube

  • this was the best track on this album and this was good album. The worse songs to me was big girl and you owe me,nothing like illmatic or it was writting back in his best days, but without a doubt this album had deep songs specialy "project windows" , come get me, family, life we chose, new world, and the memphis bleek dissed title track " nastradamus". I say i am was nas worse album...

  • @knowledge5595 I like i am

  • This song was the only song on this album, I enjoyed listening to.

  • Street Wisdom right here, Spittin game like he's a Uncle.

  • this the life i choose

  • Anyone else think this beat sounds like something MF Doom would make?

  • @MichaelSwg nah he made a remix of this song , he mad it 10000x better

  • after hearing this, i got a lot of respect for him

    real talk.

  • 7 dislikes--------- who ever put those------fah-q and your momma--and your little sister

  • TRUE HIP-HOP....MOST OF YALL IMPERSONATORS AND IMMITATORS

  • It sounds better on the MF DOOM instrumental

  • whats real when u know ur man girl is a hoe & u never let him know cause u fucked her b4(real talk)

  • This some real shit.

  • One of the realest tracks from nas str8 up, second verse is real talk, listen to the rhymes son

  • @Imamilien and one of the most slept on tracks from NAS too

  • that last verse is fucken sick!

  • 6 people have demons. (greed and lust) (lust, temptation)

  • @rocabear LMAAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

  • You a fool if your main bitch is easy 2 fuck.

  • this album came out around Thanksgiving of 1999.

  • He was hungry when he stuck dude....he came back to Buck you......

  • to the point! Isn't that hip hop?

  • wanna hear a joke? Lil Wayne.

  • nas is poet

  • "Do u fools listen 2 music or just skim through it" - Jay-Z

"Foul all ur life now u 90/ on ur death bed u regret being grimey"..Nas b spittn that shit above niggas head!

  • Is Nas really the real deal? Lyrically yeah he's one of the greats. But is he authentic as far as his word. What has he done to improve his community? Anyone on here from Queens who can bare witness? It seems like Nas tends to contradict himself a lot. He raps about loyalty and honor amongst fam but does the opposite.

  • @Shonuffassassin THAT TRUE..-_-

  • @Shonuffassassin how u kno if u askin peeps if they from queenz to find out if he real?

  • u right this is one of my top three favorites

  • the realest song ive ever heard period!

  • @rrdah3 for me there are 2 greatest rappers, NaS and Tupac, i think they are the REALEST and most talented guys in rap ever so far, and their style is different but there is nothing wrong with different, what is important they keep it real in their music since day one.

  • "They never know we enemies until they hear me say it, til' they kids of the phone sayin' please daddy pay it"

    heh..

  • @LaidbackPlayboy thats a real slick line he slipped in there

  • 1:09 is one of the best bars i've ever heard

  • Damn, nas is the only mothafucka from whole america to make such deep ass records.

  • Real Talk

  • this album got such bad reviews because it wasnt close to illmatic. but honestly, NOTHING will ever be close to illmatic - doesnt mean everything else has to be SHIT! this album is still 10x better than the shit thats popular today

  • @Gomorrah0 this album is great for me, even for this one song, nas has the ability to tell EXACTLY what he wants man in a way that i see a picture like watching a movie, i love this album, and i love illmatic, but i think 1 album beats illmatic, and that is Stillmatic, i loved the stillmatic, who recorder better shit man.... Jayz got great beats but he dont stand in the same league on the lyrical tip

  • G.O.A.T

  • Real Shit... What a deep Nigga Nas is... G.O.A.T
