  • why can't we have history classes like this xP

  • Comment removed

  • This was cool, im glad i stumbled onto it. I like the music :)

  • basiclly sargeras started listening to linkin park dressing in all black and went all emo then he got back at his dad/dads by blowing up everything that they ever made

  • @dinosaur173 stfu you idiot, he has no dad and its his brother.

and he wasnt getting back at anyone, he went insane after seeing all the evil and corruption that was so natural and never ending that he kept defeating all across the univese.

It effected him deeply in his heart but he saw all this evil for countless of thousands of EONS im talking 100,000,000,000,000,000+ years before he finally gave up on saving the universe so fuck up he endured more than anyone.

  • @Terra1311 You know that you just made one troll very happy?

  • the Eredar used to be evil in the old lore before Burning Crusade, they changed it to fit the Draenei in and Metzen said afterwards he simply forgot about the part where the Eredar corrupted Sargeras.

  • Aren't the Old Gods older than the Titans, suggesting that at least some things existed before the Titans? I mean, the Old Gods were there to curse the Titan's original creations with flesh, so...Also, the eredar aren't all evil, the dranei are an offshoot of that race; it was after Sargeras defeated the Nathrezim and several other demon species that eventually corrupted him.

  • wa history...

  • Not to troll, but the eredar are not evil, But, Kil'Jadin And Archimonde eagerly accepted Sarg's Offer of ultimate power.

  • @AshOfN This is the story from Wc3 manual. It was later revamped in the Burning Crusade.

  • Eredar are nor demons, Sargeras turned some of them into man'ari eredar, others are drenai...

  • Warcraft lore > all

  • being blow to pieces. The draenei however got away. And soon after crash landed on Azuremyst Isle in Azeroth.

THIS is how the Draenei came to be, and the Eredar that so many think is a demonic race. Thing is: They original Eredar are peaceful beings just like the Draenei. But they were corrupted by demonic magic: hence their massively increased size & mutations etc.

  • @1Kapuchu100 I feel that I have to correct you somewhat, you may look at me as mean but is is alright. Anyhow the things explained in this are from the Warcraft III manual, this story was also used up until Burning Crusade when the Alliance needed a new race. Therefore they remade the story. However Sargeras was not the one who contacted Ner'Zhul (the orc you mentioned), it was his lieutenant, Kil'jaeden since Sargeras had "ceased to be", the portal that he intended to enter Azeroth with had-

  • @Baurles ah yh.. That's true. Had forgotten that it was Kil'Jaeden that contacted him :p

Well haven't been reading up on the WoW lore for half a year or so. But it seems i'm still fairly correct :)

But i only know what i've been able to find out through quests and WoWWiki/wowpedia. Which is where i've gotten all my knowledge from. So wat's written there is what i view as true.

  • @1Kapuchu100 imploded whilst he was stepping through it. Ner'Zhul did follow Kil'jaedens orders since he was disguised as their ancestors. Ner'Zhul eventualy found out and abandoned Kil'jaedens cause. However Gul'dan, his apprentice readily accepted the place of his master. Mannoroth did come and his blood made the orcs corrupted, however he later went away and left the Horde in Gul'dan and the Shadow Councils control. In the Second War Ner'zhul opened countless portals to invade other worlds.

  • @Baurles Yh i remember that part. But as i recall i wrote i couldn't remember that it was Ner'Zhul, nor that he was disguised as one of their ancesters. But now that you say it, it clearly comes to mind. I don't see you as mean, i see you as one that simply corrects another person :)

  • @1Kapuchu100 However they just ripped the whole world asunder. Ner'Zhul was captured by Kil'jaeden and tortured for what seemed like an eternity. Ner'Zhul was then imprisoned in the Frozen Throne as the Lich King. At this time Gul'dan had been long dead, ripped to pieces by the demons in the Tomb of Sargeras. However the draeneis escaped not by using blood elf ships, since the blood elves did not exist there at that time, but by using their own ships that had brought them there.

  • @Baurles I am certain they used one of the Blood Elves ships from... nevermind, i think i got it right. The Eye, Arcatraz and the Botanica (some of the dungeons in Outlands) Were leftover ships from the Draenei (i think) And they took one of those, and ended up crash landing on Azuremyst Isle in Azeroth. I think i should be correct on that one. The blood elves merely took over the remaining ships once they arrived, using them to harness whatever magical power they could.

  • @1Kapuchu100 Yes, but then they should not be mentioned blood elf ships. The Blood Elves first arrived long after all this had happened.

  • @Baurles As i said, maybe said it indirectly but what i mistook as the Blood Elves ships, are the Draenei's previous ships. It was a misunderstanding from my part, but we are both right to some extent. They were the Draenei's ships, and now belongs to the Blood Elves, or so they believe.

  • @1Kapuchu100 Indeed, anyhow, your understanding of the lore is far greater than most peoples.

  • @Baurles I thank you for the compliment ^^ And not to brag but i am aware of that :) Never met anyone that could beat me while i was still at the top :D

  • @1Kapuchu100 Ok, and you will find many, many more far better than me.

  • @Baurles who knows :) You're the only one i have met capable of correcting me on so many things ;) So i'd say you're the best one i've met :)

  • @1Kapuchu100 Ah, your compliment warms my heart.

  • @Baurles ^^

  • the water. The orcs who drank it got corrupted and "mind controlled". They followed Mannoroths orders and to that extent also Sargeras. The orcs was ordered to slaughter the Draenei, and almost drove them to extinction. The Prophet Velen and the few surviving Draeneis fled to Netherstorm and stole one of the Blood elven space machines. With it, they fled to who-knows where. They just needed to get away. Before they fled Gul'Dan had also opened several portals, which resulted in the Outlands

  • The spiritual leader of the Orcs, trying to corrupt him and getting him to accept his offering of power in exchange of service. (This is a little blurry so bear with me if it's not 100% correct) He refused though. But one orc was willing to listen to Sargeras: the young Warlock Gul'Dan. He learned and mastered the dark arts of warlock magic, and soon got many followers that did so too. Sargeras, now commanding a large group of orcs, sent out one of his pit lords: Mannoroth and got him to defile

  • This went on for thousands of years, until the suspecious Eredar, now calling themselves Draenei - "the exiled" in the Eredar tongue - found a new planet that was inhabited by Orcs. They lived on this planet for several millenia, having a peaceful life with the Orcs. However they did not coorporate, but tried to stay out of each others way as much as possible. One day however Sargeras found the planet they now called Draenor and decided to use the orcs against the Draenei. He whispered

  • Velen decided that the company of the corrupted pantheon Sargeras was dangerous, and he collected the eredar that had gotten suspecious about Sargeras intentions aswell. Together they fled the planet Argus(suddenly remembered the name:P) and travelled to a new planet. However, Archimonde, Sargeras and the other Eredar that had accepted Archimonde's offer chased them down, now as a member of the Burning Legion. They destroyed world after world that the suspecious Eredar decided to make a home

  • @1Kapuchu100 Have you ever played a game called World Of Warcraft? Its brilliant I think you'd enjoy it ;)

  • @HdDan13 Sarcasm big time :P

Yes i did play it for 5 years or so. I quit last May, cata kinda ruined it :/

  • @1Kapuchu100 The fact that you took it as the joke that was intended made my day :) I'm still an avid player, couldnt live without my Mage, Lock and DK. I need something to do in between relationships haha

  • @HdDan13 i'm doing just fine being single & not playing WoW :)

However i'm going to start playing again with Mist of Pandaria just to try out the Monk Class. Might just be momentarily that i start playing.

  • Erhm... you made quite a big mistake. The eredar is not a Demonic race. They were a peacefolk race that lived on their homeworld Archus (i recall that's the name) Several thousand years ago Sargeras sought out to the Eredar, acknowledging their immense powers. He offered them even more power in return of following him(this is after he was corrupted) Prophet Velen got suspecious, but his brothers Archimonde and Kil'Jaeden accepted the offer without hesitation.

  • the new version is better

  • Song is really good

  • this is great. I got an eroction.

  • My friend, this music is CAPTIVATING! Can you please tell me.. where did you discover it? I'm being curious, since it isn't all that famous, how did you learn of it?

  • Well, to all of you who wonders if about the Eredar is true or not in this video. What is said in here is copied from the Wc3 manual and it is true that the Eredar was a purely demonic race. However, WoW did not like this when they were going to release the draeneis as a playable race. So they altered it to being good race that beccame corrupt.

  • @Baurles What you said is true, it is actually a mistake made by Chris Metzen, he 'accidentally' forgot about the lore, and retconned his own story that he created for Eredar for Warcraft 3 when he introduces Draenei as playable race for WoW.

  • @CafeineNicotine haha you are completely right man. Chris metzen messed it up lol

  • imagine if sargeras and all the betrayed demons would reborn in warcraft 4 with Kel'thuzad's magestry that would be freakin awesome to play with them

  • Hey guys, shut up about the Warcraft Lore and praise this guy for making such an epic video! Give him the thumbs up guys!!!

  • im glad im not the only world of warcraft lore nerd

  • BTW the RPG books have been disregarded as lore so please don't mention them.

  • i have never witnessed so many virgins in my life...

  • @metallicdethwolf I hate to give your comment the-time-of-day, but that make no sense what so ever, Not to mention you're about as funny as a wet carrot.

  • @Wyatt19961212 SCRATCH THAT my bad for not waiting for it to end

  • Part 2

In no time he was standing on piles of corspes, which got Sargaras's attention. Unlike before this might be the real one rather than the Avatar. Brox manage to cut a wound in his leg before dying. The Mage went back in the future in orc disguise and handed the axe to Thrall as something to remember Brox by.

  • Part 1

About lore did'nt Saurfang had a brother named Brox? Moment in Wc3 after Achidmond dies he ends up going back in time with a human mage and a bronze dragon whos disguised as an elf. The mage was welcomed and taught Illidan some magic while Brox was imprisoned. Tyrannda was the only one that fed him and healed his wounds. When the battle started he was given an axe crafted from wood with some blessing and used it to taunt and kill any demon he can find.

  • If only my girlfriend knew i actually watched a video about Warcraft..

  • is this an attuall series / movie? if so were can i find it?

  • the song is heavenly....

  • @93deidara ed allayne johnson - orange suit

  • The Eredar weren't originally demonic creatures. They were turned into them by Sargeras

  • @Jeffieboi actually the reason why Sargeras came to Eredar in the first place was to destroy them, since the titans might have feared that some of their creations might go against them after they reached a point, were they became corrupt , extremely organized and powerful and for other races sake the titans needed to erase them from existence, before they erased thousands of civilations , the eledar were in this path and sargeras rtaher than destroying them gave them a change to serve him.

  • i think the undead have pretty epic lore draenei lore is kinda cool seing how 2 of there leaders be come badass badguys O.o

  • No You are all Just Gnerds Kthxbai xD

  • Thumbs up if you check out Ed Alleyne Johnson - Orange immediately after!

  • I believe that it was a land shark that messed up the Lore and summoned the Burning Legion.

  • Awesome music!!!

  • The eredar weren't a demon race. The eredar were corrupted by Sargeras after he went insane by the Dreadlords. Velen (an original argus native) And his followers from Argus (the draenei) rejected the demonic temptation and fled Argus, thus bringing to the universe a legacy of indirect destruction and cowardice.

  • I just gotta say one thing about this whole eredar thing etc. There is a major hole in lore right there. Some of the lore was created for Warcraft 3 purposes. And some of the lore was created for TBC purposes. In one version it says that Sargeras corrupted the already existing and peaceful Eredar and in the other version it says that he encountered two races, one of which were Eredar. And that he then inprisoned these two races. Sargeras then(after turning insane) released the two races(Eredar).

  • agree with Djdannyboy93. Just as an addition, Sargeras was the one who made the eredar into existence, by corrupting the leaders of the eredar ( good ). But, you were wrong at the last part, before Sargeras came, they were called eredar, after he came, Prophet Velen brought a group of eredar and ran away, thus naming themselves Draenei, also means "the exiled" in their language. correct me if something here is incorrect.

  • @KyXanthrus LaaLessie already corrected him perfectly.

  • what about the dragonkins? didn't they have to do anything with the creation of the world?

  • @MegaManiol They were merely created by the Titans to guard the world, they all received a power from a titan.

  • @Baurles then i must read the well of eternity trilogy again cause i missunderstood what the were said to have done and what they do

  • @LaaLessie thats right :D but the story of the draenei is a bit sad cause wherever they go they are always unwanted and also it is sad how the orcs were manipulated to fight against them the whole story is really really sad but i guess you know it if you have read the book ?

  • fuck off and die please

  • @jfflock ?????? just cause hes smarter then u doesent mean u have to rage :????

  • And just to add, for those who were wondering; the song's called "Orange".

  • 1:19 Braveheart.

  • To all people who think that lore he wrote in video is wrong, there are 2 stories- original (before wow) and new one (created along with wow) in the original one (which he describes here) eredar were evil demons along with the nathrezim that tried to destroy the universe and sargeras stopped them and blabla

in the new (wow story) drainei were nice people who did nothing wrong blabla u know this story.

However few people know original story, which is sad and it ends with people screaming.

  • awesome song

  • i imagined the titans from GOW while the video went on lol

  • + 1 more thing , eredars and natherzims are not only races in BL, it also includes shivarras,annihilians(pitlords),doomgurds/lords,abbysals/infernals and many other:)

  • So, how many more patches until you get to fight Sargeras?

  • @jaries12

Sargeras is dead. He 'died' when he wanted to enter Azeroth, when the portal he was using to get there, was closing in. In his rage he got trapped in the imploding portal, which he wouldn't survive.

At least, this was written in the third book of the sunwel trilogy.

From other sources it seemed to become clear that he actually had survived, in some way, by infiltrating the body of a female women, placing his spirit in the baby she was carrying, Medivh. Correct me if wrong!

  • @sethy666 Well, Sargeras is not dead. He is disposable according to Blizzard, unofficialy. Richard A. Knaak said that he was somewhere in like Limbo. And also that female woman, Aegwynn, it was most probably a mere avatar that she fought.

  • great music

  • @Djdannyboy93 Wrong sir. Before Sargeras arrived at Argus, the Eredar were... Eredar. Sargeras claimed he was impressed by the work of the Eredar, and would supply them with more power and knowledge, in exchange for loyalty. Those loyal to the Destroyer of Worlds were transformed into demons. Kil'jaeden and Archimonde were 2 of these, and later transformed all the race into warlocks. The naaru offered to take Velen, and any other like-minded eredar to safety. They named themselves the Draenei.

  • from what we know the old gods have only maniulated things were as the titans have shaped the universe. power doesnt always have to come down to a duel

  • nice

  • wats the name of this song ? *-*

  • @Kayuism The name of this song is Orange by Ed Alleyn Johnson

  • Does anyone know the name of this peace of music?:) it's just so amazing...

  • @splatmole Ed Alleyn Johnson - Orange

  • Fen for the win! :D -Moe

  • The part about the erodar is false. Sargeras actualy found intelligence in the dranei and asked the 3 leaders of the dranei to join him in exchange for immortality and infinite power. 2 of three accepted ( kil ' jaedon, archimonde) and 1 ( the current leader of the dranei ( forgot his name) did not want to join and declined.

  • WoW I did not know that. Amazing music btw.

  • Well done.

  • BROXIGAR <3 !

  • i know it's not your fault because this might has been published by blizzerd at some point, but the Ereder were not a part of the demonic beings that corrupted Sargeras, he sought them to be the Burning Legion's Lieutenants in return of great powers, and at that point Velien and his followers tried to escape and were named the Draenie or the "exiled" ones.

  • my bench press dropped fifty pounds just from watching this video and five percent less girls find me attractive (this game looks like a anime made out of paper for dorks)

  • @AMpufnstuf Thanks for informing me you don't have a girlfriend and you mock people online just to make yourself feel better. Enjoy your meaningless life and when you die no one will care. /end care

  • @bridaco I've been enjoying mine a lot actually, how have you enjoyed paying 500$ a year to become less social and play in a cartoon anime? Six letter word

    Spoiler alert

    virgin

  • @AMpufnstuf uve got such a big dick, talking shit online, before u decide to trash talk to others make sure u know what ur talking about... $20 x 12 does not equal $500 u downie fuck.

    Spoiler alert

    failed grade 1 math

  • @CorruptDraKe Did you forget that they also sell you 45$ expansion packs that come with no new classes, and that the PVP is basically nerf sword bullshit where you can't even loot the other guys armor after you 'kill' him?

Don't forget 29.99 character transfers, shit game for fatty anime geeks with moms credit card. I'll be back in an hour, the abs need a work out

  • im not that good at lore and i was wondering would kil'jaiden be able to kill him, or is he kil'jaiden

and if archomond is so powerful why doesnt he just own everything right now

  • @jeffking179 Sargeras is the most powerful. I agree that he's probably gna be the final wow boss. Kil Jaeden is his second in command. Archimonde was very powerful, but is dead. Sargeras is considered dead... but this is not wholley confirmed... Kil jaeden is missing in action :)

Both archimonde's and kil jaedens power come from and are thus inferior to, sargeras

  • @BrapBrap1234 Yeah, I dont think you are the first one saying this... but I can't believe nobody actually mentioned, this is an incredible piece of music?! Jesus, the world is going nowhere...

  • @BrapBrap1234

I think the Old Gods are more powerful than Sargeras. They opened a time rift in Norzdormu's realm and Malfurion stated in War of the ancients that if they are unleashed they will destroy Azeroth, the burning legion and Sargeras. Tyrande with Elune's powers sensed that an agent of the Old Gods are powered by forces even darker than Sargeras himself. It took the titans and the pantheon to stop the Old Gods. I doubt Sargeras can take on the entire titan race by himself.

  • @GrandGetsuga0 i agree, the old gods are were strong enough to curse all the races of azeroth with fthe curse of flesh and they're powerfull enough to change all the major events even though they're locked away by the titans and they're locked away cause the titans couldn't kill the old gods without destroying the rest of the planet.

  • @GrandGetsuga0 Well, in a war earlier on, some thousands of years before War of the Ancients, probably hundreds of thousands. There was a war between the Old Gods and the titans. The Old Gods were powerful but no match for a titan. A titan is what Sargeras is.

  • No, it took the ENTIRE Titan race including the Pantheon to fight the Old Gods. They didn't just sent a singular entity to fight them. It was also implied in Silithus that a Titan fell.

  • @GrandGetsuga0 Titans still won did they not? Also it is described many times that these titans were the most poweful beings in the universe, also it took only a few numbers to kill Old Gods such as C'Thun and Yogg-Saron, whilst it took Azeroth's combined power to even banish Archimonde from this world. And it was also described in the War of the Ancients triolgy that if Sargeras would enter he would destroy the whole night elven army by just a sweep of his arm.

  • It is also described in the War of the Ancients trilogy that if the Old Gods are unleashed they will wipe out Night Elf Armies, Burning Legion and Sargeras himself. And no, Old Gods can never truly die by conventional means. It is stated many times over that they exist outside the cycle. C'thun corrupted Cho'gall to resurrect his physical body via whispers. And no, we only faced a small fraction of the Old Gods' true power since it is stated it takes a lot for them to manifest unto Azeroth.

  • @GrandGetsuga0 Yes, but these old gods are still just apart of Azeroth, Sargeras has defeated millions of worlds where there must be similair types of "gods".

  • @Baurles

Titans never killed Old Gods, they can't be 'killed', they seem to be some sort of negative energy, that exists troughout space and time. Titans locked them away in Azeroth from physical dimension. (By Well of eternity). Archimonde wasn't banished by Azeroths' combined power, it required Malfurion and the power of nature. (Which isn't 'all' power)

And no Sargeras never defeated (other) Old Gods, these are the 'only' ones. The Gods > Sargeras: 'Arrogant little creature' as they say.

  • @sethy666 Yes well the titan are split into 2 races, aesir and vanir. This is copied from the norse mythology where these are two of three god races, I think WoW intends to either make these beings gods or have powers unthinkable of others.

  • @BrapBrap1234 Archimonde is not dead, nor is Sargeras. Sargeras, Archimonde, Kil'jaeden and Xavius are all eternal, and can therefore never die. This was stated in the Warcraft 3 manual.

  • @Baurles Once the physical forms are destroyed they are banished to the twisting nether to regroup and regather their power.

  • @woohoo1551 Very similair to nathrezims.

  • The name of the song is Orange, by Ed Alleyne Johnson

  • Name of his amazing song?????

  • yea this was a great vid...

  • REALLY nice video! please make more of these!

  • alguien me podría decir quien toca la rola

  • I believe they were not draenei, but Eredar was what they were. The majority of Eredar on the planet of Eredun became what we see as total evil today, the ones that disagreed, i.e. Velen, became draenei which I believe means "free" something or other. The correct term for the corrupted Eredar now is Man'ari, I believe.

  • Just to comment on the video:

    Awesome...

Though there is 1 mistake: the Eredar wasn't the whom Sargeras encountered and defeated... It was the Pit Lords... He (after going mad) made the eredar into what they are today, before Sargeras came, they were Draenei.

  • @Djdannyboy93

    yes you are right

  • @Djdannyboy93 No offence to you, but wasn't it that the Eredar lived peacefully on Argus ruled by their three leaders Velen, Archimonde and Kil'jeaden? And when Velen refused Sargeras offer for power, they fleed Argus with the help of the Naaru and called themselves Dreanei, which means "exiled ones" or something like that? Sorry about my nerd-rant, i'll be quiet now.

  • @LaaLessie that was only after World of Warcraft came out. Blizzard themselves screwed it up. When Reign of Chaos came out it clearly stated in the game manuel that sargeras encountered 2 evil demonic races whom he defeated but was corrupted in the process. The eredar (race of evil warlocks) and the natherizim (the evil dreadlords). Blizzard simply chose to rewrite the lore for WoW because they wanted to fit the draenei into it somehow. Inconsistency ftw

  • @cresc That was all Chris Metzen's fault. When the Draenei were announced as a playable race in BC he got on the forms and apologized; saying he forgot about WC3's lore. I mean, you wrote the lore yourself, how can you forget your own storyline. And the sad part about it is, since BC the Draenei haven't made any serious contributions to the Warcraft storyline.

  • @LaaLessie you are correct actually

  • @LaaLessie Well actually they were originally called the Eredar before Sargeras came, now they are called the Man'ari who were now a "twisted demonic reflection of" the original Eredar but Velen calls his people the Dreanei...>.>

  • @LaaLessie this lore is from the warcraft 3 manual if i remember, the dranei did not exist then. They where written in during the burning crusade.

  • @LaaLessie this lore is from the warcraft 3 manual if i remember, the dranei did not exist then. They where written in during the burning crusade. well they did , but not in the story till then anyway.

  • @LaaLessie didnt they flee to Draenor and not Argus?

  • @wade8zero "fleed Argus" means that they fleed from Argus.

  • @Baurles Oh.. Thank you :)

  • Actually they were only named draenei by Velen after he failed to convince archemonde and kil'jaden of their corruption, the eredar were a powerful race who lived in a utopia, which is now believed to be the HQ of the burning legion (6.0 hint hint)

  • @Djdannyboy93 Actually, no. I've studied WC lore, and read the books. They were always known as the Eredar. They took the name Draenei after they had come to Draenor, Draenei, in their tounge, meaning Exiled Ones.

  • @THEFINALHAZARD I like how the guy who thought he owned you spelled Draenei incorrectly.

  • @Djdannyboy93

Actually, the eredar were their name before they became draeni. The members who fled with prophet velan were called draeni, and they named draenor after themselves.

  • @Djdannyboy93 they were all eredar and some became draenia after the corruption of most of the eredar, draeni means outcast !!!!

  • @Djdannyboy93 Well, no. According to the original lore from the Warcraft 3 manual the eredar was pure evil, as described in the description too. However Blizzard then changed it to better make use of WoW, making the eredar look good and then split into two races, the eredar and the draenei. Draenei meaning something like the fleeing or something like that.

  • @Djdannyboy93

in the original WC3 backstory ( as written in the manual ), the first demon race that Sargeras encountered were the Eredar. The Pit Lords had no significance other than to make the Burning Legion look more frightening.

Even in WC3: FT, the Draenei had nothing to do with the Eredar.

This was then retconned in WoW to fit in with the Eredar = demon Draenei concept.

  • @Djdannyboy93 your right up until the point you called them draenei, they were always called erader. it was those the refused sargeras offer of power that became the draenei.

  • @diatitium16 Archimonde encountered the Pit Lords. Not Sargeras.

  • @Djdannyboy93 well said

  • @Djdannyboy93 True, but Sargeras imprisoned the Eredars, and when he went mad, he released them again.

And they were never Draeneis before Sargeras came, they have always been "bad" guys, Draenei are the word for those who didnt thrust Sargeras promises of power to be great, so they turned to the light. The Naaru answered them. Then they fleed Argus, the home planet of the eredars. therefore they became a new "caste" of eredars, the one following the light

Draenei means Exiled Ones in Draenei

  • @Habbarapapp actually this is the old lorestory. Blizzard changed it to that the Eredar were ok, seekers of knowledge and whatnot, but not evil in the sense they are today. Then Sargeras came and offered power to Archimonde, Kil'jaeden and Velen. Velen refused and left with the naaru, the others accepted and became evil.

The new lore doees not mention the Eredar being imprisoned.

  • @Solensherre Aah, okey, saw it on wowwiki or some other place, thanks a lot! :)

    PS

Do you know any good loresite exept Wowwiki? :)

  • @Habbarapapp Actually wowpedia generally replaces wowwiki for most atm. Though in full, reading all the books and using blizzards own site (on the world of warcraft site) has it all, except a few in-game peculiarities. For the in-game oddness, gogo wowpedia. For the rest, stories exist.

  • Holy sh*t! Ed Alleyne Johnson!!!

  • I feel bad for Sargeras. His own plight seems much like my own. I've always tried to be good to everyone, but my siblings are so horribly evil. I can't stop them from doing bad things without hurting them, and it pains me to do so. But it also pains me not to.

He's corrupted by his own goodness.

  • the eredar werent corrupted and imprisoned they were living on there home world of argus when sargeras offered knowledge and power to the three leaders, archimonde, kil'jaeden and velen, for there loyalty. only velen declined and fled with other like minded eredar who would come to name themselves dranei or exiled ones who soon would find the world that we now know as out land and name it draenor or exiles refuge where they would form a pact with the orcs before ner'zhul destroyed draenor

  • Sargeras was corrupted by the nathrezim while he was fighting them...

Sargeras will probably be the last boss in wow expansions

old gods did kill titans but they have fallen when they fought the pantheon titans...

5 titans of the pantheon defeated 3-4-5 old gods so i assume that the next expansion will be about them and their servants they also corrupted Neltharion with old whisperings or something like that...

Old gods arent strongerer than the pantheon titans!!!!

  • Which came first Sargeras or the Eredar? (dont forget the Old Gods place in bad things)

It never bothered me as far as retcon (they've done faaaar worse with other races and events) concerning my Draenei alts..

regardless of who was evil first? Azeroth's Draenei are still the untainted Argussians that said "nay" to evil and yes to Narru and Light.

    :)

  • i thought that the eredar were corrupted by sargeras after he became evil, so how do they become demons?

  • BROXIGAR FTW!!!!!

  • WOW sucks

  • @MediumKuriboh just like your mom did on my penis last night
