Same! SUCH a great mood was created with this song. As you said, I instantly fell in love when it was played. The club scene in Two Lovers is my favourite of the entire film and it ranks as one of the best club scenes in film since Lost in Translation. Both are great films in my opinion.

I'm in total agreement. Scene is so bizarre and it shouldn't work as the character he portrays in the beginning is very introspective. When Joaquin breaks out in the club we see a whole new side to his character that other actors wouldn't have dared gone to. Brilliant record, brilliant film, greatest actor of the past 10 years.
