At a rollerskating rink I used to live near, they have a "band" like that too. There's like 2 bears, a pig and an old lady. In the case of a birthday party, you could watch them play happy birthday and hillbilly type songs with banjos and a piano. The old lady would tell stories while mixing what seemed to be a bowl of dough, too. Man was it creepy. I'm a little bit surprised to see one in Japan, but then again...
