i thought one of the most amazing parts of the animation was the sound when remy goes underwater in the rapids. it's probably not that complicated to do, but it sounds like being under water.

The parts about the water and bubbles were the kind of problems that Disney also had to tackle through in understanding 60-70 years ago as well. It's nice to see that being considered and implemented greatly through the computer medium today.
