  • @PhosphrescentEssence dude jump rope/skipping is actually the best way, im a pro boxer and i do 1-2 hours of skipping/jump rope a day, thats around 1000-2000 calories. go into any boxing gym and theres always atleast someone doing it

  • I lost 10 lbs in a week before but you have to keep the calories between 1100 to 1500 you can do it just drink lots of water to fill you up

  • i have a better method, eat healthier foods that have fewer calories, eat in the morning, have a lunch, dinner, and daily snacks, as well as some exercise. keep your calories between 1800 and 2100 per day. i've lost three pounds in one week.

    sorry, but that is the only way, btw, drink lots of water.

  • DON'T WORRY ABOUT BURNING CALORIES, it is a very naive approach to fat loss!!! You specifically want to burn fat, nothing else, and you must do certain things to make that happen. If you want to do things the hard way...just keep burning those calories, otherwise come visit me at fatmustgo. Calories are not all that important in the grand scheme of things!

    drink water thirty minutes before every meal eat eggs every other day, also eat fish (every night for dinner) in a week you'll lose 10 pounds (it was in Woman's day) and also exorcise for 30 minutes but do not drink anything but water I promise you :)

  • @GokuSuperSayianJin Good video series, I've watched it. But that looks like 5 pounds a week, let's round it off to "let's loose 20 pounds in a month". I lost 50 pounds in 2 months just by healthy eating and consciously being aware of how much I took in everyday and doing intense cardio followed by two sets of two various muscle groups with dumbbells 3-4 times a week. And during this time I was loosing fat weight but also putting on muscle weight. All it takes is serious dedication. Good Luck ppl

  • @Sprafikk hehehe exactly. thats what destorm says in his videos somehow :P and yes its 40 pounds in 2 months instead of 50 like u lost but the cardio and all the fat burning exercises do not work the same to all people. people who have alot of muscle burn fat much faster than someone who is less muscular. But nevermind all that the sure thing is that with healthy eating and not a ''chair'' life everyone is gonna lose some weight (depends on the determination he/she has) ;)

  • Remember as you age you LOOSE muscle mass. And muscle is what makes your metabolic rate effective. So if you loose muscle you would have to to take in LESS calories. A man in one year can put on 10 pounds of muscle if he WORKS HARD. its hard to get "bulky" takes many years of GRUELING workouts. If you just wanna maintain muscle then when you get to a size you like simply dont increase the weight or reps anymore and your body wont have a reason to grow. But this will at least maintain your body.

  • if you just wanted to burn calories then you simply need to take in less calories then you burn creating a caloric deficit. IT sounds simplistic but it involves knowing how much energy you take in and how much you expend. Interval training is prolly the best for loosing weight, so running for 30 min and in between do light sprints then return back to normal running. I do this and can burn 500-700 calories in 30 min depending on how hard i push myself. I would still lift wieghts.

  • @Taeyang101 jogging is good,it burns fat all round the body including the stomach and also skipping and swimming are good and obviously your diet.Have discipline when it comes to eating,don't eat if your not hungry and when you are eating and your full stop immediately.also if ya fell the urge to eat just distract yourself for 15 minutes and more than likely the urge will have disappeared haha

    also if you do something in a row in a long time your body will become imune to it and stop using calories.
