I remember clearing everything once in Challenge Record. You get an Amazingly high Special Bonus for clearing the entire field, and then you get to continue on with a new set of bubbles.

You owned the European version, which the title screen has both U.S. and Japanese names. It did came out in the U.S. on March 1995 from Taito themselves.

*Sadly, 1995 was the same year that Taito closed their U.S. offices; nowadays Taito games are published by other companies (in America).
