I didn't grow up with the books and movies like many HP fans. I was 54 when I read the first book. I may not be the oldest HP fan, but at 60, I have to be close. I think they are some the greatest books and movies ever produced. 500 years from now children of all ages (like me) will still be reading and watching HP.

how can anyone look at the Harry Potter series and compare it to the Twilight. Twilight may have grown to its current size in 6 years whereas Harry Potter has taken 15 years but twilight will never have the emotional side to it because no one grew up with Twilight whereas with Harry Potter people did.
