  • This type of training is important for young athletes, especially girls. Most young athletes don't realize that their biomechanics are many time incorrect. This core training helps improve all body movement and strength. Nice video.

    Thats true. you werent being rude, its the truth. Some parents make their kids play and its really tough to teach someone that doesnt want to be there.
