I am on day 32 of a juice fast and like you my skin is so soft. I was just telling my mom how rejuvenated my hair and skin has become as a result of the fast. I live in Arizona and I can't stand being outside for an extended period of time either in the heat. I'm sure its because of the juicing because I never had that problem before. Hang in there !

@Focus4Fitness i drink about 2 or 3 huge glasses a day and drink a lot of water too
