Lufia 2 is the first (and only) game that made me cry and to THIS VERY DAY I still cry every single time I finish this game... the ending is damn sad.... :(

your list was ok. I think the skies of arcadia song should have been quite a few closer to #1 and I would have liked more Tales of Symphonia. I appreciate your use of Final Fantasy however. Over all it looks like you were concerned about spacing new and old games so that you showed little bias. You need more bias

This is one of few musical masterpieces that still and forever more will give me the chills.

I really understand why you chose this as your absolute favorite dungeon theme.

This theme cannot even be descriped by the word "epic" for it is more than that.

Everytime I play through this game, it's been a journey in all sorts of ways.

I really wish Lufia II would be re-released with some extra things to do, made by the original creators. It would just be... Incredible.

@TraceurFalarion Do you know Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals for Nintendo DS? it is re-release of Lufia II with better graphics but I really don't know if they changed music or not since I never played Lufia II myself ^^'

Music is such a vital part of creating the atmosphere in an RPG. This song easily sets the tone for the epicosity that is the Lufia series as the very first dungeon theme played in the series. It gave me goosebumps back when Lufia 1 first came out and it's still awesome to this day.

The only issue I have with your list here is that it doesn't include Pandemonium Castle from Final Fantasy II. Otherwise, some top-notch songs there.

I wept playing this dung and the ending of the game was ubelievable! I finished just a few games to the very end, but this one was the only really worth it all!!

I prefer the Lufia 1 version of this theme. This one seems to missing a certain edge...

Don't get me wrong, Lufia 2 is a far superior game, but a couple of it's tracks that were redone sounded better to me in the original.

If you think this is cool enough, you should hear out the three tower theme song in the final event in Lufia II when the main character went to place the girls in each tower. They got a hell cool theme song innit.

I agree. It's a hell of a nice song too, and to, similarly to FFXII, it's the final dungeon. The real final dungeon in both game is more like just a place to go to kill the boss

this theme is one of my favorites, its a great tune in every way...its very fitting for the setting, like how the heroes are in a desperation to save and rid the world of the evil ways of the sinistrals

You mention that someone who had played Lufia 1 knew how Lufia 2 would end--well, I HADN'T played Lufia 1 when I first went through Lufia 2, so that made for a very emotional ending for me. Props on the choice. Great way to end the list.

Hmm, this one is rather impressive, the quality is almost PSX quality which is pretty good, damn so many games so little time, bugger! Though I am surprised that FFVIII "The Castle" didn't show up though I always found that one to be a favorite of mine so maybe just me. Well, maybe you should have a Top -any #- "Song of a critical moment" Songs *points at The Fate -Cluster Amaryllis from Shadow Hearts 2 as example*. Might be interesting challenge to try.
