No. You have to buy a Source game like Half Life 2, Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike: Source, Portal, or Day of Defeat: Source. Then you may download it free off of Steam. (You only have to have ONE of these games, not all.)

@2jake077 While Left 4 dead 1 and 2 run on Valve's Source engine, Zombie Panic source is a mod for the HL2 version of the engine and Left 4 dead is a different version of the engine. So you would need either any of the HL2 games, Half-life: Source, Counter Strike: Source, Day of defeat: source, or Portal(as they use the version of Source built for HL2).
