I hava a 2008 Raptor 700, it has a DMC EFI Module, DMC Afterburner exhaust, K&N Filter and a Stage 3 Hotcam, I weigh150kg and I beat the 450s every time. My next purchase will be a 803 big bore and cant wait, all the bikes are great, it just depends what you want from it.
yamaha can go build the fastest quad if they wantt but look what honda did. made a fast " reliable "quad i have both, well the raptors my bros but anyway. the 450r ranges it power in every gear. my bros raptor is ok in 1st and 2nd but then u hit 3rd and 4th and thats when it starts to go. raptor= bottem end ok ,top end pretty good. 450r= bottem end great, top end great
@xxlhamexx wrong the slowest 700 made is the kfx the trx is the fasest... my ferinds raptor gose 79 gps with gytr pipe and air filter my 700xx got to 84 gps stock... and i beat the raptor on a 300ft drag if i get the hole shot

i have both my trx 400ex broke after about a week after i got it its not a trail ridin bike i dont recomend i recomend yamaha or polaris

One of my friends have a 08 450 TRX, I have tried it, ok doing wheelies, but my 07 Raptor 700 R SE is waaay better, in overall.

The Raptor is Stock. but the TRX 450 has a pipe, and HRC kit. Its super fast.
