When filming, the camera should zoom in on the subject your highlighting on that videoo. This one was on abs, the cam should've zoomed in on your abs flexing. On another note, at the end when you punch yourself in the abs, my bf has his friends step on his abs or drop a medicine ball on his abs. I would think it hurts but he said it doesn't and builds strength in his abs.
