So Emmy's Organics, a company who's website speaks negatively of eating animals for many reasons, go and sponsors a site with a recipe who's third ingredient is CHICKEN stock? I find the fact that a vegan touting website would sponsor a recipe with chicken of any kind in it to be a bit hypocritical and now not as impressed with them as I was. I wonder if they even know what they sponsored.
I love polenta and I haven't made it in a long time. So after watching this video in the morning I went to my kitchen and made the most amazing polenta with caramelized onions and a poached egg breakfast. So I guess thanks for making my day much better:)
"Who doesn't love cheese?" I don't and I knot plenty of people who don't lol btw, I think you should have covered the difference between polenta and grits. both are corn, both can be cook similarly.
Mmmmm, rosemary and cracked black pepper polenta.....
Maybe try a cajun segment and do Crawfish Etouffee, Beignets, or Grillades & Grits. Mmmmm. Nothing beats crawfish etouffee except maybe crab au gratin (even better when you go catch them yourself! :D ).

@tokyoxjapanxfan I like it against a protein, beef, pork, fish. You can braised pulled pork with a little stock and herbs, and it would be awesome.
