Dye Rotor vs. Vlocity Drop testing

sad to say but even if you started the vlocity first it still had way more paint than the rotor and the fact that the rotors feed tube was short also gave the rotor an advantage because it didn't have to go down a straight path like the longer feed tube of vlocity. so even if the rotor was faster adding all the technicalities the vlocity is the victor but with all the technicalities. so i say the dye rotor is just over priced.

@mrlethan are you retarded... it lost every time it was compared. the feeding system is located more towards the middle which means the balls roll into it by themselves rather than having to shake the gun, not to mention it feeds about twice as fast, he started the vlocity hopper 5 seconds before the other rotor and the rotor still beat it. its about speed and accuracy not, "oh my hopper holds more paint than yours.."

The vlocity works great, at paintball online you can buy it for $40. I'd get it instead of paying $190 for a rotor when i am most likely going to use only around 12 bps

Doesn't matter. When you can legally out shoot a Vlocity or Rotor in game then worry about feed rates. These days loader feed rates should not be taken into account. They all feed fast enough for any player, look at other variables: sensors, durability, price, battery life, jams, antijams, weight, height, easy of use etc

Let's be realistic in price here. Also the rotor is a jamming machine. The so called "rip drive" does nothing but rotate the arm which will only fix 50% of jams. Whilst the prophecy and Vlocity's rip drive rotate the wheel directly.
