  • Don't mean to chuckle as I too have a Chinese scoot. But, after you tore the thing apart, what did you replace?? I get the impression you meant well by performing a PDI, but weren't quite sure what to look for.. You have a follow-up video of the Lance not starting. My educated guess is that it is a vacuum issue and probably some of the bad tubing the Chinese use. Also, it appears everyone replaces the cheap fuel lines. I'm sure by this date, you have sold the scoot.

  • @MrPolymers

Chinese scooters vary wildly in quality, PDI is performed as preventive maintenance QA, some Chinese scooters need even fuse assemblies, hoses, and all fluids changed as well as adjusting the valves and carburetor to make it even idle properly. While they may be clones of past Japanese, Taiwanese, or European brands known for their quality their fit, finish, and in some cases parts are very substandard. • The dude is crazy. I think he had to find someone to help him put back.

For no good reason he destructs his bike. It's too funny. lol!

    Danny

  • I think he took it apart to make sure all the bolts have the right torque and everything is as tight as it should be. Which in this case would be a good move since you never know with chinese made scooters.

  • You know the guy. I use to see on Scootdawg.

Yeah. But this guys looked so high or something. I asked why. He said we should know what it looks like without the panel and how to take it apart.

    Nothing about tighten the bolts.

    Danny

  • Ahhh ok lol

  • You took aaprt everything! I can't watch! I can't watch! Why?! Why?!

  • Please tell me why you deconstructed your bike, guy? Was something broken? Or do just like taking apart your brand new bike?
