If it derived from sources that do not require much in terms of education, worth ethic, or organization, and profit margins are huge (like oil - everything above $20 is pure profit), then, chances are easy money will create corruption. well, that is the whole point is that MOST are poor because easy money is too tempting for those in power to just pass on to ALL people - i.e. corruption. And that corruption denies young people employment, fosters resentment and ultimately creates fertile ground for terrorist recruiters.
