In 1993 harley introduced the FLSTN Heritage Softail Nostalgia, the deluxe is a bikes that resembles the Moo Glide (Nostalgia). The floorboards are standard but are unique to the Deluxe

Those are not the Nostalgia floor board, those are stock Deluxe boards.  Also, that's not a "Heritage Softail Deluxe"... it's a "Softail Deluxe".

The passenger seat is not off a Fatboy. It is the optional touring seat available as a direct replacement for the stock seat on the Deluxe.

Yes It's a Deluxe but not a heritage. The passenger seat is off a fatboy which is wider and more comfortable that the standard one. It's magnificent!
