I mean on the Fairy Tail dub they had all of that crap going on but I guess your right about the trailer, but dubs get better as you watch them don't they?

Watch and episode or two online at least, but not a lot of people do. So that's why I commented and sounded like a jerk. But I'm sorry, I shouldn't have been so judgmental.

@D34DSun It is annoying when they mispronounce the names. There are a few anime dubs that I hate: For example: In Naruto- Naruto has such a horrible voice. It's one thing to get Junko Takeuchi to play as Naruto since she actually tries...

But after all this time and now that Naruto is sixteen- don't you think that a male voice actor is in order? I don't like Bandai... those are the only dubs that I found I truly dislike- and that I liked the subbed better.

@D34DSun I think the only dub I liked from Bandai was Haruhi Suzumiya. (And even that one for the most part- I hated it.)

Bandai's also a ripoff. They're always making these box-sets for 50$ but there are barely any special features. I know you pay for the anime but if your going to make it 50 dollars then add in some sort of extras.

@D34DSun Even their movies. When I bought the bleach movie: fade to black and then Fullmetal Alchemist's Movie (Shambala) I was rather... aw man... about the features and what it came with.

Shambala came with director interviews, 'the making of', commentaries with the Japanese actors and English actors, trailers, songs etc. And Bleach only came with trailers and subtitles. -_-

@TheBigAnimation So you don't care if Naruto's Japanese is still played a woman at 16, but you do care if his English voice is still being played a woman? Whatever dood. I may have had my own gripe with Naruto's voice, but I got used to it and appreciated it. In fact, he's sounds better when he's older, which bugs me as to why people have some right to keep hating Maile Flanagan.

Btw, Naruto is published by Viz Media, not Bandai.

@TheBigAnimation I wouldn't mind Naruto with a deeper voice either, but the ideal goal was having Naruto sound like Naruto, which was a very tough case for Bang Zoom (and probably Japan) choosing a female actress who's capable of making voices for young boys. I honestly don't think any voice actor could manage to pull it off better than Maile. Besides, you should hear Black Star in English. Played by a woman, but still progresses to sounding like a boy.

Kazuma was meant to be the next in line to inherit his families fire magic but he was no good at it... instead he went and sought out wind magic which I think is ment to be dark magic or magic that can easily make its user turn to darkness or some such. He was considered a deserter and was banished from the family. He later came back as a wind magic merc. That is all I know and it could be wrong.

@shadowlarkmoon Yeah that is wrong. You were right up to the him being bad at fire magic part but he was kicked out for that reason not because of wind magic. Also wind magic isn't dark magic in fact it's considered inferior to fire magic by Kazuma's family. The only reason his power is so strong is because he has a direct contract with the spirit king and didn't inherit the power like everyone else. I'm not sure if the original novel told a different story but that's how the anime went.
