OMg. Your video is amazing & a huge eye opener. I never understood that others were training differently than me. I'm just training my body to lose fat right now. I stay hydrated 2-4 gallons a day and go to the gym 4 times a week. I look at every1 at the gym & we all are using the same machines so it makes things look like every1 is just do-n the same things to lose weight. My ignorance is not bliss. I'm hungry for more of your knowledge. Thanks 4sharing! I need a knowledgable trainer now.

i agree with the gymnastics that stuff made me pretty strong and flexible, i feel like taking it again
