Pluto is 1 smart dog. When I saw him at PCH Grill, his collar was light blue with a starfish license hanging down from it. In the park, his collar was orange with a sliver license. In cartoons, Pluto's collar is green with a gold license.
OMG, that seal was actually from a 1940's mickey cartoon "mickey and the seal"! Even the zoo place from 7:08 through 7: 28 was in the old cartoon too! That's pretty cool! This cartoon is so hilarious, made me laugh so hard! My favorite part is 3:08-3:21, LOL!
