  • wow I wanna be as good as you when I first jump roped I was ok I did it maybe like a few times when I was in elementary school that was like aloonngg time ago lol but I bought one about 3 weeks ago and it only took me about 2 weeks doing it everyday not exactly everyday because some days I was to sore but yeah I dont breathe heavy its easier than when I started my goal is go for 5mins straight then 10 15 etc but yeah awesome vid

    all it was is cross speed and a few double under for 8 minutes

  • damn you good...took me a long time to get like that...but fo realz stop with that crossing shit focus on doing the real thing and start to double and triple jump.....crossin is only for show....but good luck man in the future ill keep track of your fights

  • Thanks, the crossing works different muscles in your arms, chest, and back that regular jumping doesnt focus on, thats why we cross, its not just for show my friend, and I do doubles and triples too, but thanks my friend for the comment!!

  • thanks, yea it improves stamina and overall conditioning, adds endurance to the legs that I need in boxing.

  • I started boxing in the amateurs in 94 turned pro in 2000, then i been off since Sept 2001...Yea Floyd used to train there, but now he has built his own gym. If u come let me know.
