I am a mom of a 3year old daughter who nearly drowned in june of 2011 and it only takes a second.. the community pool we were at had lifeguards who were not trained for this and a bystander gave her cpr. she is living with no brain injury but suffers from really bad respirtory problemes. my heart goes out to you and your family and just know everything happens for a reason and you are awsome parents :)
