if you have too many stockpiled things as toss, build more Warpgates, I ended up with 12 Warpgates with mass immortals and stalkers because that therra nhad like 10 Planetary fortresses (LOLOLOL) and I just steamrolled him with immortals and kept warping in stalkers to backup.

should have harassed more, sitting on 2 base and marcoing up and later having a big army and then attack wont beat any decent protoss. toss 200/200 will beat terran 200/200 any day (considering they are at the same level player)

And basically, that's why mech play is so rarely used versus protoss. Immortals.

Your opponent had good macro though, and you need to work a bit on spending your mins. ;)

lol I am right behind you buddy, currently 4th in my gold league. I do agree with you about my minerals though; I should have either pumped Marines or Hellions and dumped some of my minerals into those. (Would take care of the Immortal issue.)

In Sawyn's defense I will say I don't think that many Terrans go Mech against Protoss since bio works so well; so he was not used to it. I am just saying it is possible, and personally I think that Carriers are the better counter.

More importantly though, for some extremely strange reason, this guy, upon seeing mass thor, started getting high templar. ...bad. High templar are used to force bio balls to reposition and retreat, and potentially kill them.

Rather, he should have gotten immortals. I can guarantee you, if all you're doing is massing thors, all he needed was a bunch of immortals. If he reacted properly and got them, he would have completely rolled your thors.

Ya, as the other guy pointed out, you stockpiled 4000 minerals. >_<

But, more importantly, your opponent wasn't reacting properly to the situations at hand. Like, for example, in both the time you ran in the hellions, and when you dropped the Thors, he just sat there letting tons of probes die, instead of pulling them. His economy would have been much stronger otherwise.

Nice game. A little advice (I'm ranked 1 in platinum league) Take a look at all the unused minerals. Add some marines/marauders to support your thors. Doing this also allows you to have early defense against a rush. Thors are great, but they are very slow, you need small fast units too. Thors get dominated by upgraded zealots/zerglings. Also, make 2 armories so you can upgrade both weapons and armor at the same time.

@Geeterman1 Thanks man I appreciate the advice. I am always trying to get better, and yeah my unit variety tends to need a little work. Hopefully I will be seeing you on platinum ladder before too much longer ;).
