Actually, if you pick "nothing much" he will just keep the current store he is in. I know, because I like Nookingtons, and he has asked me this question about 3 times, and I always picked "nothing much". He does not, in fact downgrade back too Nook's Cranny. He never will! A great way to money is to put all your money into your account then set the wii time sat to 2000 after that set it to 2010 then 2020 and so but this may cause a lot of weeds so enjoy

It did that for me. I got Nookingtons and then he asked me that. I stopped playing for a month. I came back on and I noticed it was Nook N' Go. I thought it was a glitch and called Nintendo. They said it was supposed to happen. Even on the town message board, it said Nookingtons has "upgraded" to Nook N' Go. I was pissed. To this day it is still Nook N' Go because I haven't in a LONG while.
