@lukinbactex ... Simple actually. God made us and gave as the rules to follow, we stuffed it big time until we even our conscience didn't work any more, yet God saved us from ourselves by paying our penalty on the cross - available to anyone who asks.

Did you know magnesium helps relieve some tension because it relaxes muscles? And also, too much caffiene can make anxiety worse. Don't worry - we both will get through it together! ;)
