This just shows that we as people don't stop and take the time anymore to enjoy life simply by staying in one place to take it all in. We are always so commercial go, go, go, and don't have an earthly soul.
I think you could improve it, by having the background lapse, and you could mask(or rotoscope) the woman, so she is in normal speed or slow motion, as the background moves fast.
