Great fiddling -- I loved every note! Have you folks ever thought of doing a set in the Celtic style? Not necessarily with Celtic music but that style e.g, a slow aire or march on to a faster strathspey and then to a still faster reel? The constant increasing temp gives added excitment -- I've often wondered if that would work with American music.
