When I first heard it, I thought that they were from Philadelphia. That's because their sound is similar to Philly soul at that time (the Delfonics, the Intruders), and that this song came out in 1968. I didn't know that they were from Chicago and this song came out two years earlier (1966). But it's still a great song, no matter what.
