The guy's I've seen do this type of routine have "NO" size in their legs.. Twigs.. Wanna impress those who are in the know? Loose the Vest and attach the weight to your feet.. Show me one video where these guys (Albeit, Very strong up top) have any size to speak of in their legs.. You won't find it..

actually "hitman's" legs are pretty big there's a picture of him where he flexes his legs, he also has vids on him were he work's out his legs via one legged squats, prison squats, jump roping, he even does jump training aka plyometrics at times

I must add to Atun's comment that, even before I buy your dvd, I have been absolutely inspired - having begun a new push-up/pull up regimen and bought a pull-up bar, I have dramatically increased both my pull and push-up totals, as well as added to my lifts. I am seeing development that I have never seen before. Your development is beyond the physical: it is spiritual.
thats good man...people dont drink enough water these days they just stick to there fizzy bull crap...we are supposed to drink 2 litres a day but i doubt that many people even get one...
yo thats so true drink as much water as u possibly can...i was just workin out the other day and was dehydrated and wound up gettin heat stroke, then rhabdomyolysis which led to acute kidney failure....I was stuck in the hospital for 3 days and now i cant work out for another whole week.
actually all these exercises should be basic in every school no matter what country!!!its the cheapest way to have a good physical condition.....but...who cares!!???

how much u drink depends on how big u are and how active you are.
like Im 6'1" 190lbs and i work out a decent amount and play football in college...so i try to drink at least 2-3 gallons per day.
