  • @derekpaisley I lol'd at your statement....btw in the know, attaching weights to your feet would be more dangerous than a vest. Anyone one who does this stuff will know this. Where or not they follow it is another thing....Want leg strength look into gymnastic tumbling, nuff said.

  • actually "hitman's" legs are pretty big there's a picture of him where he flexes his legs, he also has vids on him were he work's out his legs via one legged squats, prison squats, jump roping, he even does jump training aka plyometrics at times

  • I figured as much, though many people love the mistaken notion that he packs only upper body muscles but no legs. His physique seems very well-rounded and muscularly detailed. He also seems to eat a healthy diet, too.

  • I must add to Atun's comment that, even before I buy your dvd, I have been absolutely inspired - having begun a new push-up/pull up regimen and bought a pull-up bar, I have dramatically increased both my pull and push-up totals, as well as added to my lifts. I am seeing development that I have never seen before. Your development is beyond the physical: it is spiritual.

  • how much u drink depends on how big u are and how active you are.

    like Im 6'1" 190lbs and i work out a decent amount and play football in college...so i try to drink at least 2-3 gallons per day.

    its all about finding what works for you

  • yo thats so true drink as much water as u possibly can...i was just workin out the other day and was dehydrated and wound up gettin heat stroke, then rhabdomyolysis which led to acute kidney failure....I was stuck in the hospital for 3 days and now i cant work out for another whole week.

    all because i didnt drink enough water.

    SO HYDRATE UP lol
